2. Service Guarantee – Installation Services

HydroSafe Wollongong provides a 1-year guarantee on all aspects of our installation services.

  • Scope of Guarantee: This guarantee covers any installation-related issues, including workmanship and the secure fitting of all components.

  • Claim Process: Should any problems arise with your installation within the 1-year period, contact us at info@hydrosafe.au, and we will arrange an inspection and necessary repairs at no additional cost.

Please note that our service guarantee and the manufacturer's product warranty do not cover damage caused by:
